Thank you for shopping with Zawaaj. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.


1. Free Shipping

Zawaaj proudly offers free shipping on all orders. We cover all standard shipping costs to make our economical unstitched suits even more affordable for our customers. No additional delivery charges are applied at checkout unless otherwise clearly stated.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders in case of stock issues, incorrect information, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Public holidays

  • Remote delivery areas

Zawaaj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.


4. Product Availability & Substitution

All shipments are subject to stock availability. If your selected design or print is out of stock at the time of dispatch, a different available design or print may be shipped.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that substitutions may occur due to inventory limitations.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Zawaaj is not liable for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Wrong contact information

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

Additional charges arising from re-delivery attempts may be the customer’s responsibility.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available). Tracking availability depends on the courier partner.


7. Failed Deliveries

If an order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts or is refused by the customer, Zawaaj reserves the right to cancel the order. As per our Refund Policy, no refunds or replacements apply to such cases.


8. Risk of Loss

Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address. Customers are advised to inspect packages at the time of receipt.
